What is kickboxing?

Kick: kick with the legs
boxing: punching with hands

Kickboxing is a martial art that combines punching and kicking, where competitors compete in the ring using physical strength and tactics.

With players' safety ensured by the use of protective equipment, this sport incorporates powerful and fast punching techniques, along with high and varied kicking techniques.

Kickboxing training requires physical strength, quick reaction times, and improved fitness and balance. Kickboxing aims to improve trainees' physical and mental abilities, as well as foster endurance, discipline, and self-confidence.
